Prep Tomatoes: Thickly slice 1-2 large beefsteak tomatoes and lay on a platter or large serving plate.
Add Toppings: Top with pieces of burrata, dollops of pesto, halved cherry tomatoes and fresh basil leaves. Drizzle with your favorite high-quality olive oil and sprinkle with some salt and pepper.
Serve: Enjoy with grilled bread, crostini, crackers or toast and your favorite glass of wine!

Gluten-free: feel free to use regular or gluten-free bread/crostini/crackers.
Tomatoes: feel free to use whatever tomatoes you have - even better if they come straight out of your garden, farmers market, or CSA!
